The proposed Redlands solar farm will produce clean renewable energy contributing to local and national energy targets with additional benefits to include:

• Biodiversity net gain for the area over the lifetime of the project;
• Dual use of land with clean energy production and sheep farming;
• One-off community benefit fund to be administered through Walton & Ashcott Parish Councils.
